Access to and use of the Medify clinical trial platform is governed by separate Terms of Service, a Data Processing Agreement, and a Service Level Commitment, which are provided to clients during the platform onboarding process. If there is a conflict between these website Terms and any platform agreement, the platform agreement shall prevail for matters relating to platform use.
