About this website
medifyclinical.com is operated by Medify, a company registered in Sofia, Bulgaria. It is an informational and marketing resource for our clinical trial technology platform: it describes our products and services and lets you contact us through a form.
It does not provide access to the Medify platform itself. Platform access is governed by separate agreements with our clients — sponsors, CROs, and research sites — including Terms of Service, a Data Processing Agreement, and a Service Level Commitment. Where those conflict with these website terms, the platform agreement prevails for platform matters.
Acceptance
By accessing and using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, discontinue use of the website.
Acceptable use
You may browse the website, read its content, and submit enquiries. You agree not to:
- Use the website unlawfully or in violation of applicable regulation
- Attempt unauthorised access to the website, its servers, or connected systems
- Interfere with or disrupt its operation, or transmit malicious code
- Scrape or extract content with automated tools without written consent, except search engine indexing
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through the forms
Forms and data
The contact and demo forms collect your full name, email address, company and professional role (optional), and your message — solely to respond to your enquiry and, where you have expressed interest, to follow up. We do not sell, rent, or share this with third parties for their marketing.
Processing rests on your consent and on our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries; you may withdraw consent at any time. Submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months. This site sets no cookies at all: browser local storage holds your language preference, and visit counting is cookieless. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
All content here — text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the Medify brand identity — is owned by Medify or its licensors and protected by Bulgarian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from it without our express written permission.
The Medify name, logo, and DNA helix design are trademarks of Medify. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimers and liability
Information here is for general informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep it accurate but give no representations or warranties as to completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability. Statistics, performance metrics, and capabilities described are based on internal testing, pilot data, and projections — they are not guarantees of performance in any specific deployment.
The website is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by Bulgarian law, Medify is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website.

Your data rights
Under the GDPR and Bulgarian data protection legislation you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, and withdrawal of consent over any personal data we hold about you.
To exercise them, write to info@medifyclinical.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Bulgaria, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
Governing law, changes, contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict of law provisions, and disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sofia. If any provision is held invalid, the rest stays in force and that provision is modified only as far as needed to make it enforceable. We may modify these Terms; changes take effect on publication and continued use constitutes acceptance.
